Accredited Calibration
Accreditation is a given to labs that can demonstrate an initial and on-going competence in their field and can conform to the management and technical requirements of the applied standard. ASD is proud to be an ISO/IEC 17025:2017 accredited calibration lab and is committed to continuous improvement, training and periodic external assessment by the accreditation body.
Service Levels
ASD provides different levels of calibration service to suit all clients’ needs. However, calibrations at all levels are compliant to ISO 17025:2017 quality system & calibrated to manufacturer’s specifications or customer’s requirements.
- SIM:Calibration certificate without data
- STD: Calibration certificate with data
- ACC: Accredited calibration with data, uncertainty, accreditation Logo
- AGB: Accredited calibration with guard band includes data, uncertainty, accreditation logo and applies a guard band decision rule which must be specified and agreed upon with client before signing the service contract.
Field / In-House
We are flexible with calibration location so that clients find their convenience. Field calibration suits utilities, manufactures & client's with numerous equipment.
Quality System
ASD implements a documented & internally monitored quality management system which enables a consistent controlled lab process. The system ensures compliance to up-to-date procedures and standards.
Proficient Team
An adept team of engineers with decades of experience are at service. Throughout the process, the team strictly adheres to ASD's quality manual, standard operating procedures and standards.
Standard Traceability
ASD's standard equipment are tied to NIST through an unbroken chain of documents and through NIST to SI. All accredited calibration certificates note a statement of traceability.
