Dielectric testing is meant to perform high voltage AC tests to measure dielectric breakdown and dielectric strength of electrical equipment and insulating materials at 50 or 60 Hz frequencies. A Dielectric test system can be stand-alone or part of total automated test system. The system consists of power, control, measurement components and a high voltage transformer. It’s equipped with several design and safety features.

Hi-Pot Test System
This can be also known as Applied Test System or AC Dielectric Test System . It is automated and customized to the requirements of application with testing capability up to 100KV, 40KVA. It performs AC high voltage tests to verify the dielectric or insulating material of the equipment under test is in good condition and doing its job.
